Welding Certification to ISO 3834

We have more than 100 approved weld procedures and maintain a database of welders qualified to operate those procedures

Ongoing skills and competency assessments are conducted every 6 months by our Weld Supervisor who is qualified to conduct certified training

We have a sophisticated traceability system in place to ensure full compliance with technical and quality standards

Welding Procedures & Inspection
Adelaide Fabrication Services can perform welding inspections to appropriate standards or have the compliance of their verified by NATA-endorsed third party inspectors

As a matter of course, we routinely carry out recognised test procedures such as hydro-testing (pressure testing) of pipe work and MPI (magnetic particle inspection) of work in progress
